“Friction is created in Black Mountain over sale of right to haul guests to Blue Ridge”

(Exclusive taxi service contract signed and all others blocked from entry onto the Blue Ridge grounds. Non-contract driver arrested for trespass. During the court trial, the argument is made that Blue Ridge should to be considered “public” not “private” grounds. One of the supporting details to the “public” grounds defense is that Blue Ridge has a Post Office.)
